Fire Extinguisher Service And Maintenance
Portable fire extinguisher meant for commercial purposed required a valid Bomba Certificate. The validity of Bomba Certificate is based on yearly basis and required to renew as according to JBPM law. The purpose of renewal by JBPM is to ensure the Fire Extinguisher is on functioning basis and avoid clients to be cheated by irresponsible contractor.
Fire Extinguisher Service Refilling
Service
Portable fire extinguisher is advisable to send for service annually to ensure the fire extinguisher in good condition and the contain type is ready to be use during emergency. Hence, to check any leakage on cylinder and meter gauge is working according to recommended pressure. The inner parts will be tested to ensure in working condition.
Refilling
Refilling is only applicable when the fire extinguisher already has been used. AEAS help you to refill the gas and contains type (Powder, Co2, Water, and Foam) depending on the cylinder origin. After completed, the cylinder will be tested to check any leakage and enough pressure.

NOTE :
(1) EFEIS system does not accept any fire extinguisher which is more than 10 years old upon new renewal date
(2) Unit serial number on EFEIS Barcode Sticker must be the same as actual unit
(3) Registered address on fire extinguisher cannot be changed
(4) BOMBA will fail if any fire extinguisher is found with rust, dent, corrosion, paint, cement or damage on any part of the unit
